Let's see whats it is all about Black OPS 3

About 175 millions sold plays, more than 10 milliard US dollars of turnover - the "Call of Duty" row is a heavyweight of the entertainment industry. Part of the recipe for success is the clear identity of the brand: Who buys "Call of Duty", knows exactly what he gets. Nevertheless, every standard part has his own manuscript - those of the responsible studio. In 2013 Infinity Becoming with "Ghosts" wanted to leave behind the headline-laden personnel quarrelling and step from the long shade of the in-house "Modern Warfare" titles.

Last year was for the first time Sledgehammer Games at work. The studio might start the proof with "Advanced Warfare" to be worthy a "CoDs". In addition was a party to it with Kevin Spacey Hollywood-Prominenz, and the Exo skeleton turned upside down the multiplayer proverbially.

The experience of Treyarch

Single player campaign

Apart from a few fight robots which you process to electric scrap metal could have happened so also in "Black Ops" or "Black Ops 2". However, these were only the Overtüre, because the third part has clearly more on camp. With the question what is lives and the essence of the humanity "Black Ops 3" enters esoteric fields – mind wolves and zombies including. This also appears in the intersequences: If still tactical drawings dominated at the beginning the picture, now crows fly all at once by frosty woods. All that makes the campaign wonderfully unpredictable, but it also has a price: Many of the unusual and mad scenes do not disclose to the player if he exactly does not follow the story. These are not the "CoD" of typical luxuriant shooting refreshment bar, after the motto „Reinhüpfen and fun have“ function. Who exactly listens, however, is recompensed with a history with Meta level which discloses by repeated plays more and more.

Unfortunately, the developers with the opponent's variation have not pursued thus a big expenditure. And thus shoot to yourselves in the play course with militia, drones and robots the balls around the ears. Above all from the Humanoiden there simply are too few different types. Besides, the stronger interopponents always function after the same pattern: Sign runterballern and the core with a rocket launcher destroy.

Nightmares: The zombie's campaign

Just the dynamic finale of the campaign had run, there struck us an entry PLAYS in the main menu of the play: "Nightmares". With this mode the opponent's variation is also low, but whom does this already disturb if it is a matter of shooting zombies about the heap? They experience here the complete campaign of the play once again. Only the voice of the protagonists who comment on the events like in the diary lies about the intersequences and dialogues. The chief attraction: The story is reinterpreted thus to the outbreak of a zombie's virus. Also the Gameplay gets another character, now cover is a secondary matter. It is a matter above all of not being wedged by the undead – of demonstrating abilities perfectly, in order the new Wallrunning and double jump.

The "Nightmares" mode and the campaign sound for you really interesting? Very well, because it comes even better: For the first time both story modes are conceived in "Call of Duty" completely as 4 Spieler-Koop – at least on-line. Then the action requires substantially more coordination because the opponents better hit and cause more damage. Also the zombies in "Nightmares" multiplicate themselves and pocket substantially more balls. Flank is announced! Thus a player with ball shield can pull the opponents on himself, while the others with supersprint reduce the distance to the enemies and go to the close fight or unpack the shotgun. Who chooses, however, the degree of difficulty "Realistically", commits an act of the selfmortification. Since, besides, the opponents are so exact that a mission can degenerate into position fights of several hours. At the end you cannot count the new starts at all. Whether you play the campaign with your friends, in the end, normally or in the alternative variation with zombies, is taste thing.

Zombie's mode better than ever

There is the really intoxicating Koop experience in "Call of Duty - Black Ops 3" in another mode which is nearly one own play. On this occasion, it concerns the zombie's mode of "Black Ops 3" – of not mistaking with the zombie's campaign! Though in the zombie's mode you may also set out without companions, but, actually, you do not need to try it only at all. Since only together the bigger and bigger and harder hitting zombie's waves can be repulsed. In addition strategical decisions are necessary: possibly, when an area is to be left to search another hiding place. But this is only the point of the zombie-funeral mountain: There is Perks in the form of chewing gum which should select the players to themselves to begin with very suitably. Nevertheless, is not here yet end. "Black Ops 3" has because one more high score mode to which you can go in a group of four on point hunt. A training area serves as a scene for battles against opponent's waves which increase quantitatively and qualitatively. The more of these troops you destroy and the faster you are present, the more points there are. More, however, not. This mode is in comparison to the exploratory expedition in "Shadows of Evil", to "Nightmares" and the Kampagnen-Koop though only accessories, but it complements the rest very well because here the precision, speed and efficiency play a stronger role. And with the high score in view it properly makes mood to put to the proof itself!

Multiplayer-Matchmaking with decisive servers

For many Zocker "Call of Duty" is attractive above all with his Mehrspieler mode. The players there react to changes extremely sensitively. This got the developer studio last year Sledgehammer to feel when it left player wildly herumspringen – almost like in classical Arena-Shootern for the first time in the standard history. The problem: Ex-servicemen of "CoD" were shot from up to now unknown corners, often beyond the view field. This provided for frustration. Treyarch makes it with "Black Ops 3" better, while it drives back the mobility again. As in the campaign you can finish on walls entlangrennen, a ducked Rutscher on the ground and a double jump. It was this, however, also – wild flight orgies are in the past! Thus feels "Black Ops 3" though fresh, but trusts enough to offend nobody.

As usual you switch by Kills, Assists & Co. more and better equipment freely. Then is valid known from "Black Ops 2" and intuitive Pick-10-System: They search from visors, magazine enlargements, Perks, to clutches and runs your ten favorites from. However, this was not whole it yet, because with the specialist you make yet the eleventh choice: one of nine archetypes (see box below). At first sight they work like classes, but basically every specialist has only one special ability and a special weapon. Then here one says either or, because only one of it you may equip and activate during a part if itself the specialist's beam has filled in. This opens a field for tactical games. Possibly in the mode Uplink which functions almost like basketball: A team, in the ruin at his speed-Boost the ball to the basket carries, while Battery with the ball sign pulls the fire on itself, might have good chances of winning! in the mode Uplink, the almost like basketball by the strongly restricted application does not change the play expiry, however, dramatically.




Otherwise there are the proven play modes like "Hardpoint", "Domination" and "team Deathmatch". All this makes mood as ever. In the only new mode "Safeguard" you escort a robot in the base of the opponents. There are the basic innovations not with the Gameplay, but in the server park, because "Black Ops 3" will divide the players in the Matchmaking, finally, exactly after her abilities. With good achievements you can climb up other and other ranks – and independent of the level of your equipment. This is same in the Matchmaking because for everybody. Pleasantly: The central calculation of the parts does not run on PC any more with a by chance well-chosen player, but on a server specially put down for it. This promises substantially less delays and Lags. Moreover, there is no more tiresome interruption if the player who puts the server leaves the part.
